here it is in all its glory! the minty boost by adafruit industries, or as i have renamed it after my sweet cat who purred as i soldered, the minou boost! the two batteries on the right are extra batteries. i think this took me about an hour to finish when everything is considered. putting the hole in the side of the tin with my drill was pretty tough. i made a major mistake with glue and the USB port, but thankfully it was easy to fix. i plan on repainting the side tomorrow…

Wouldn’t it be better to put those extra batteries in their own battery holder and wire them in parallel with the other? This way you can still run from two batteries, but when you run from 4 it charges longer and you don’t need to swap.
