Tri-Vise – metal brace that is a vise

Pt 2076
Pt 2077
An Adafruit customer sent this in – it’s a metal triangle with slots for holding/cutting things, looks pretty simple and handy. Anyone ever use one of these?

  1. That’s pretty neat! I could imagine using this all the time. I can think of lots of jobs I’ve done around the house where I would have used this.

  2. Where can you actually buy one?

  3. Yeah — they have a very slick website with information and lots of pictures — I’ve been all over it and NOWHERE do they tell you where you can buy one! What a waste!

  4. Lowe’s has them: http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=305613-89771-PLV001&lpage=none

  5. I got mine at Lowes. Works quite well. Heavier than it looks. Not a precision device — but such an improvement over nothing.
