Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.

  1. I remember those being available when I worked at MP3.com in the early (successful) days.. maybe 2000 or early 2001? I’m sure the storage space is higher, and the price is certainly lower 🙂

  2. I actually bought one of these. Sadly it didn’t work in my car, My car kept spitting it out saying it was broken. I believe that the two wheels in the center of the device spun independently and that made my car think the tape was broken.
