I’ve been using “poly bubble mailers” from ebay. For a #0 size mailer it’s about $45 shipped for 250.
The quality is great – and they are very strong – you can’t rip them open with you hands not matter how strong you are.
I haven’t’ ordered from Uline yet – but I think I might pick up that tape dispenser you showed on AaE chat a week ago.
