Nice tool set!

It’s not often that the storage of tools rivals the projects they’re used to work on. In the case of H.O. Studley, his custom built tool chest stands as a work of art and proof of the love he had for his tools. Inlaid with ebony and mother of pearl, it’s the work of 30 years of consistently improving on the organization of the tools, and adding beautiful little details. A full list of the tools it contains can be found here.

  1. Awesome toolset. Would love to have it. Almost immediately noticed the Freemason’s compass and square in there. Very fitting.

  2. Awesome that you would show this. A fullsize poster of this has been hanging in my office since the early 90’s as a reminder of what “being a craftsman” is all about!

  3. I’m pretty sure this qualifies as a geek version, just not a gEEk version.

  7. There’s a poster of this? Where do you get it? It is a magnificent work of art to hang on a wall.

  8. That is the coolest tool set ever. It also looks like the creator is a Mason.
