I’ve just taken down my first listing posted to your jobs site and I must say I was impressed. The candidate pool was small, but highly talented and just what I was looking for. It was very difficult to choose from the candidates that applied as they were all qualified but in the end I’ve found the person we are looking for for this and have kept the contact information of several other folks for future project openings… Normally when I post a job listing I get 90% chaff, people with typos in their resumes, gaping unexplained holes, they don’t ask intelligent questions, it’s really frustrating. Here I had 7 people apply and I had a tough choice between any of them.
