Most switches are meant to be soldered into a manufactured PCB, but what if you want to solder a simple SPDT switch to a perfboard or plug it into a breadboard? So far the best switch we’ve ever seen that does this is the EG1218. It has 0.1″ spacing and nice long leads. It’s even in our Adafruit Eagle Library!
