UPDATED PRODUCT – 12mm Diffused Digital RGB LED Pixels (Strand of 25)

12Mmledpixel Lrg-1

UPDATED PRODUCT – 12mm Diffused Digital RGB LED Pixels (Strand of 25). We just got a shipment of new 12mm LED pixels and these are a nice improvement over the older type. Instead of the 15-bit color LPD6803, these use the 24-bit color WS2801 chipset! Another nice thing about the new LED chip is that it has a built in PWM driver, so your microcontroller/Arduino does not have to pulse the clock pin all the time to keep the color mixing going. We even have them at the same price as before, at $1.80 per LED!

Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
