NEW PRODUCTS – Modular snap-together boxes, these are awesome. Got OCD? SMD? You need these boxes! For storing small parts (especially SMT/SMD components), these little modular boxes are ideal. They have individual clear pop-open covers so you can keep only the ones you want open – less risk of mixing up parts or having a spill. The brilliance of these boxes is that they also snap together, in any configuration you want. You can mix all the sizes to make the ideal box for your needs, and add on more containers as necessary. There’s a leaf-spring hinged top that will last much longer than an all-plastic molded top.

  1. i would actually pay a little more for having some of your kits be shipped in these little things. very useful.

  2. scharf, we have a rescap kit on the way in 0805&0603 – watch the Ask-an-Engineer INOYSDA from a few days ago (when the video goes up later this week) – with a very nice solution for storage 🙂

  3. "pastel rainbow"?

  4. @russ – pastel “adjective, meaning pale in color” and rainbow, multi-colors.

  5. Is it only the tiny black ones that are anti-static?

I had only ever seen the tiny ones before in my search for SMT storage, and that didn’t quite fit my needs. I’m really glad to see that you’re offering a variety of sizes. Very cool stuff. Storing SMT parts in little ESD or plastic bags is a real pain. You either can’t get them to come out, or they all want to come out at once.

  6. @inventorjack – that’s correct, only black.

    thanks for the kind words!

  7. I don’t work with SMT components, but could definitely use these bins for small parts storage! I’m not a fan of larger plastic organizers, nor is my portable bin organizer working well for smaller hardware. If additional colors are added for small, medium and large sizes, I’ll be a very happy camper.

  8. OMFG, these are brilliant!
I want to pack my whole life in them 😀
