Google+ Hangout LIVE Broadcast + Recording – we did it!

Pt 299-1

Ladyada tried out the Google+ Hangout LIVE Broadcast + Recording as test in preparation for using it this week on our weekly “show and tell” before ASK AN ENGINEER. We figured out how to use it and we’re ready for the next broadcast!

The cool thing about all this Ladyada will be able to have circles on Google+ ready for show-and-tells and the makers can all meet each other LIVE while it’s being broadcasted and recorded. This is all beta, but it was really easy to do.

Here are some screenshots of the current process. Once the video is done processing we’ll update this post (updated!)…

“See” more of you soon!

Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
