I followed the link, and it lists the Launchpad board at about $4, and I looked back at this picture, and thought, "Whoa! Cool! Gotta get me one of those!!" but alas, the board that you have pictured above is the "Experimenter" board, a decidedly more advanced board than the Launchpad. The board pictured runs into the triple digits. Looks very cool, though.
