I just wanted to tell you folks at Adafruit that I really appreciate your approach to customer support forums. Unlike similar outfits, you actually help the customers on a reasonably prompt basis. Other places seem to randomly choose which problems to address – often serious design flaws go uncorrected.
I know support is hard and, in addition to the normal ones, you get questions that range from stunningly ignorant to angry to completely off the wall. You always seem to take every question seriously and do your best to answer (well, maybe not 100% but darn high). Good for you.
