PART FINDER FRIDAY! When we stumbled upon the PCA9685, we knew we found an awesome chip – its got a free-running PWM driver inside with 16 output channels. You can adjust the frequency to up to ~2KHz, so its great for servos, LEDs or anything else that needs a lot of PWMs. Its 16-bit so its really precise and its free-running so you don’t have to clock it. We turned it into a breakout board but it could be a great addition to a robot controller board.
All this AND more in the part finder!
