Good day… I had a minor issue with the condition of one of the items I ordered, so I let you know via the easy-to-locate “contact” link on your website. Your response was immediate, polite, and well above and beyond my expectations. In today’s marketplace where it is not uncommon to have to dig through the depths of a website to (maybe) find some way to send feedback, which is more often than not ignored, Adafruit Industries stands out as an exemplar of what customer service _should_ be like. You honestly care about your customers, providing not only excellent products and customer service, but contributing to and encouraging the growth of the DIY community with information in your blog, shows such as Ask an Engineer, and encouraging the exchange of ideas with the Show-And-Tell hangouts every week. I am proud to be an Adafruit customer, and as always, look forward to seeing what you will come up with next.
