Check out these excellent Pimp My Bike series videos from Jenna deBoisblanc in NYC. She ended up using quite a few Adafruit components — and these are helpful getting started with Arduino tutorials for those avid bikers who are curious about adding some DIY tech:
I taught a four-part Skillshare class titled, “Introduction to Arduinos: pimpMyBike.”
The course introduced electronics and Arduinos by workshopping the following bike-related projects:
- turning indicators & strobe night light
- speedometer / odometer
- brake lights
- battery pack
