Flickr Pool Friday — Crystal Oscillator

Trammell Hudson‘s been using his USB microscope to take pictures of all kinds of things. This time, it’s a crystal oscillator. He writes:

Microscope view of the die inside a crystal oscillator. The die was covered with potting compound that was disolved with solvent to expose the electronics.
