Here is a port of our Arduino OLED library to C for Raspberry Pi from Charles-Henri Hallard:
ArduiPi SSD1306 OLED Library Driver
This is the port of the Adafruit_SSD1306 Arduino OLED driver to the Raspberry PiThis has been ported to work with the ArduiPi Project. ArduiPi project is a shield for Raspberry Pi that brings Arduino low level extented I/O to Raspberry Pi.
This project is currently in progress and you can find all information about this shield and project here.
Monochrome 128×32 SPI OLED graphic display: These displays are small, only about 1″ diagonal, but very readable due to the high contrast of an OLED display. This display is made of 128×32 individual white OLED pixels, each one is turned on or off by the controller chip. Because the display makes its own light, no backlight is required. This reduces the power required to run the OLED and is why the display has such high contrast; we really like this miniature display for its crispness! (read me)
