At the West Kowloon Cultural District Park on the Hong Kong waterfront, a collection of inflatable art by Cao Fei, Choi Jeong Hwa, Jeremy Deller, Jiakun Architects/Liu Jiakun, and Tam Wai Ping is being exhibited, with subjects as varied as a suckling pig, stone henge, and yes, a pile of poo.
