Makers will notice a little Google Trusted Store badge on the site – Adafruit is pleased to announce we are now a Google Trusted Store! We worked over the last year in the application process to become a trusted store by providing the fastest shipping, best support and best reviews for all our products. We have over 850+ five star reviews for Google Wallet, amazing customer support, over 20,000 transactions as a Google Trusted Store and 99% on-time shipping and 1.0 days or less to ship (average). In the last 28 days for example Adafruit had a 99% on-time shipping grade, with over 8,442 orders!

Why did we want to be part of the Google Trusted Store program? The Google Trusted Stores badge is only awarded to stores with a proven track record of reliable, on-time shipping and excellent customer service. There are lots of places to shop online, this is a way to identify online stores that deliver a great experience like Adafruit. This was a very tough program to be accepted in to, but we knew our team, service and support could do it. When you’re looking to spend your money and time with a company, this is one of the things that can help make your decision easier. We’d like to thank our team here led by Daigo, along with the Google team (Jade, Eugene, Alex, Melissa and more for all their help) – Thank you from Ladyada and the Adafruit team!

  1. Wow wow wow! Awesome! 8442 orders in 28 days? Sheesh! Who knew? I’d be curious to see a graph of orders/month over Adafruit’s lifetime.

    Anyway, Congratulations!

  3. I’ve only recently started into the world of electronics but through my experience ordering Adafruit always seems to be the fastest and easiest with getting my package to me. Congrats!
