Lifting a seven million pound building 40 feet without moving it an inch

In Provo, Utah, a seven million pound, century old Mormon temple stands on 40 foot stilts after being excavated from below. After being damaged in a fire, the building is undergoing extensive renovations, with (we hope) corresponding extensive engineering work.
