Flare LED wheels are powered by the motion of the rolling wheel. Inside each wheel there is an inner magnetic collar that remains stationary on the axle. As a copper wrapped outer core spins around the stationary collar electricity is created thus powering the four LEDs in the wheels. Flare LED wheels are made for decorative illumination only. We do not recommend riding the skateboards at night as you can not properly see obstacles that lie ahead.
