via designboom. architects in the project off-ground by jair straschnow and gitte nygaard took rejected firehoses and strung them up on steel poles to make public hammock -swings – quite a surprise in cold-weather Copenhagen. Depending on the user’s preference, they can adjust the seat’s height and use it to sit or to lounge…Good for a mid-day nap. We hope they’ll put one in the office near our park soon!
