  1. Y’all should make one for wearable Wednesday using a Peltier thermoelectric as the heat pump so that it really would be a personal air conditioner. You could even include some thermocouples and some control software (PWM maybe?) to stretch the battery life or add a display and create dynamic personal temperature control. You could also sew in some heat sinks/pipes made from aluminum foil.

    Also I assume you can reverse polarity on the Peltier thermoelectric pads you carry, if so it will work as for as a heater too so it becomes an all seasons piece of clothing.
