Remote Control Music Studio – a Teletext Music Program

Anders Carlsson aka GOTO80 and Raquel Meyers have been very active in a Teletext revival centered around visual art and music. Remote Control Music Studio is their latest, impressive offering:

Remote Control Music Studio, a music software that runs on any TV that supports teletext. You can compose music in a tracker interface, modulate it with sounds and information from any available TV-channel, use different AI-settings to morph the music, and much more. In fact, you can do anything you want!

To save the music you need to have a TV with a teletext printer, like Philips 26CS3890 used in this video. As teletext inserter I use Peter Kwan’s vbit.
