As always, New York’s hometown hackerspace, NYC Resistor, is representing Brooklyn pride at Maker Faire this year. Their exhibit contains numerous fascinating projects in a very inviting layout. Atop the center console, the beacon that is Octoscroller calls out to visitors. It’s comprised of eight 16×32 RGB LED matrix panels.
Adafruit is covering World Maker Faire New York 2013, September 21 and 22 at the New York Hall of Science! This two-day family-friendly festival celebrating making of all kinds returns to NYC for its fourth year.
