Kat is a lawyer living in DC and has also founded Michelle in Training, a training program designed to help bridge gaps in the education of urban high school girls through exposure to “soft skills” like personal awareness, social intelligence, and philanthropy. She also founded DC Young Entrepreneurs and provides consulting and career plans for young professionals through lilypad.
Amanda Spann is the former CMO of blerdology and spends her free time writing and speaking on the topics of media, entertainment, and technology- and helping brands connect their proverbial dots.
Blerdology (formerly #BlackGirlsHack) is a social enterprise focused on the enhancement and celebration of the Black tech community.
