Tangeez – Tangible Lights by Emily Webster & Mustafa Bagdatli @ Kickstarter. These are Tangeez Light-Up Building Blocks made by Mustafa & Emily, a pair of makers in Brooklyn. Tangeez are available on Kickstarter for 4 more days until October 20th.
Tangeez are a set of interactive light blocks that change color depending on how you stack them. You can get 7 different colors out of one block. They’re about the size of a cupcake and fit in the palm of your hand. They change color as you stack and rearrange them. There’s lots of fun to be had with Tangeez as you can see form the pictures here!
Emily & Mustafa were part of the Adafruit Show & Tell a few weeks ago where they showed off how Tangeez work. They are also part of the New York’s Next Top Makers Program and Adafruit was a mentor. You may have gotten to play with Tangeez if you were at Maker Faire here in NY!
Please check out this project and consider supporting it! There are only 4 days left of their campaign and they’re very close!
