Waldemeyer: “How I redesigned the candle”

Moritz Waldemeyer tells Oliver Wainwright why he redesigned the humble candle for his project My New Flame, a table lamp that uses 128 LEDs to give the effect of a single flickering flame. Waldemeyer has used LED technology on everything from chandeliers to digital jackets for Gary Barlow and Will.i.am

Waldemeyer is our favorite living electronic artist.
