Arduino microcontrollers are a small and powerful tool you can use to take your costumes to the next level. YouTube user Honus67 has configured a board to create an animatronic Predator cannon that has laser sight, cannon sounds, and head tracking motion control. It’s impressive and especially so when you consider how much you can do with a small piece of electronics. Though the work involved isn’t necessarily simple, Honus has written a detailed step by step to get you started.
