Hey folks! Great news, if you’ve purchased EAGLE Version 6 after April 15th, 2014 from Adafruit you’ll get an EAGLE Version 7 free upgrade when it’s released (likely July-ish). Once Version 7 has been released, you will automatically be informed about its availability when you start EAGLE. Details from CadSoft below!

Terms and conditions International
If you buy an EAGLE Version 6 or upgrade from a former version to version 6 within the period between the 15th of April 2014 and the release date of EAGLE Version 7, we will give you a free of charge upgrade to EAGLE Version 7, subject to the following conditions:

1. You have purchased a new EAGLE Version 6 license or have upgraded from a former EAGLE version to EAGLE Version 6.
2. This purchase or upgrade was made within the period from 15th April 2014 to the launch date of EAGLE Version 7.
3. Please note that any upgrade to Version 7 will require your acknowledgement and acceptance of the V7 License Agreement. Also, you will be required to indicate your HostID as described in the V7 License Agreement. Once Version 7 has been released, you will automatically be informed about its availability the next time you start EAGLE. You can then request the free upgrade through the CadSoft webshop and will be required to specify your HostID and to accept the License Agreement of V7.
4. CadSoft reserves the right to determine the release date in its sole discretion. A concrete release date has not been determined yet. You agree that there is no entitlement to receive the update at a certain date.
5. We hereby inform you, that the upgrade to Version 7 is limited to the purchased modules and edition you have upgraded/ updated or added within the defined period.
6. You are not permitted to participate in the campaign if by doing so you may cause yourself to be in breach of any agreement (including but not limited to any contract of employment) to which you are party or in breach of any law, regulation or rule.
7. CadSoft Computer GmbH reserves the right to modify these terms at any time – with or without prior notification. Please inform yourself with regard to the current version by visiting this site.
8. You agree to give us evidence that you have legally purchased the Version 6 or the upgrade to Version 6. Fraud or misconduct excludes you from the participation in this campaign.
9. Please read our Privacy Policy which tells you how we use any personal information we may collect about you by participating in this campaign.
10. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be governed by and construed in accordance with German law. The German courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. The application of the United Nations convention on the sale of goods (Vienna Convention) is hereby excluded.
