This week Rodney Rutherford shared the controller he made for his AirScape 2.5e whole house fan! Check it out here.
I finally found the time this evening to hack together the first iteration of a smart controller for my AirScape 2.5e whole house fan.

Thanks to Bruce and his son Jacob for sending in this fun project!
This winter, my son and I created a remote control cooler that will open and deliver bottled beverages. We are using an Arduino Mega board with 2 Adafruit motor shields mounted to it to run 3 linear actuators, an electromagnet, a stepper motor, and 2 servos. Also showing off a couple of other cool-er accessories for our remote control robotic cooler.

Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
