The Zeroes of Cosplay recently challenged themselves to make costumes with only five dollars worth of supplies from a dollar store. They had to use the materials to make a superhero costume, and they had to make the ensembles in 30 minutes. They then judged the outfits by creativity, accuracy, and interpretation.
They dressed as Iron Man, Thor, Mega Man, and Zero. Their costumes aren’t necessarily amazing, but they’re almost identifiable. The point is more that it’s a fantastic exercise to stretch your creativity, and it also looks like a blast to tackle this challenge with friends.
