When we first mentioned MusicBox a little over a year ago, it had the modest goal of turning your Raspberry Pi into a Spotify server. Now, it supports more services, files types, and more.
MusicBox now supports streaming through Spotify, Google Music, SoundCloud, Subsonic, Internet Archive, and various web radio stations. The update also adds support for USB audio and WiFi. You still get a handy web interface to control your MusicBox from your computer, laptop, or phone. As before, everything’s already set up for you from the start, so all you need to do is download the Raspberry Pi image, put it on an SD card, and you’re ready to go.
