Maleficent is more popular than ever thanks to Disney’s live-action film last year. Whether you want to dress as Angelina Jolie’s Maleficent or the classic version from Sleeping Beauty, you’re going to need horns. The great thing about her horns is that they’re so recognizable you could get away with wearing them with a simple black dress or suit or just about anything. You don’t have to replicate the entire costume.
Instructables user ffrisell has basic instructions to make the horns in about three hours, and it all starts with chicken wire to create the rough base shape. Then you mix water and wood glue and soak strips of newspaper in it and paper mache the chicken wire:
