SmartEyeglass is a light-weight transparent lens eyewear that connects with compatible smartphones to superimpose information such as text, symbols, and images, onto the user’s field of view. Using a unique hologram optics technology, the 3 mm thick lenses enables more than 85% light transmittance, and luminance of up to 1000 cd/m2. SmartEyeglass is equipped with an accelerometer, gyroscope, electronic compass, brightness sensor, and a microphone. The SmartEyeglass SDK includes an emulator and will enable developers to create augmented reality apps.
