Professor Farnsworth of Futurama is a bit of a mad scientist. Usually in a good way. Cosplaying as the character means makeup and prothestics, and Frank Ippolito created an eerily good realistic take on the cartoon character. He worked with Tested earlier this year to create a Zoidberg costume from the same series, and the Farnsworth build definitely stands up to that one. Ippolito sculpted prosthetics based on a friend of his and cast it from silicone and added makeup. Watch him describe the build process and see him apply the prosthetics to a friend:
