Multiple sources have confirmed that Fab is in talks to sell to PCH International for $15 million. Fab was once a Silicon Valley darling. The likely purchase price is a paltry one, compared to the $165 million it raised (at a $1 billion valuation) just over a year ago. Total raised – $336.3 Million in 11 Rounds from 34 Investors.
We kinda think PCH wants Fab.com (domain) because it could be the center of their PCH and Highway 1 efforts … and possibly using Fab for distribution of products made at/with PCH & Highway1?
