ABOUT: Minecraft Challenge: Find the Lost City of Hopper!
Interview the villagers for clues, find resources as night falls to build a shelter with your friends, find food to survive, build traps for zombies and creepers, follow the river to the small castle, make a plan to save a lost villager, and…discover the Lost City! We have the laptops running Minecraft.edu–just bring your creativity!
This Adventure Map Challenge is a mini-version of the building projects we lead our kids through to learn engineering, programming, and problem-solving through arts and storytelling. Our specially built Minecraft maps offer worlds in which to create and share stories, puzzles, traps, and mazes with friends. Screen time is learning time with MakerState Minecraft.
Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
