Thanks to So-Hee Woo for writing in about her great Longboard Radio project!
As an exploration of travel, this handcrafted longboard
indulges the user with radio stations that match the environments they pass
over changing volume based on speed. With a method of movement that puts an
emphasis on the relationship between the rider, the board, and the earth, my
vision was to find a way to heighten that interaction and allow the rider to
immerse themselves within the environment through music.
