These were part of a giant message board that flashed “SLOW DOWN” when a driver would approach at a high rate of speed. They were sold to us because disgruntled drivers shot bullets into them – destroying some circuit traces. These use a large quantity of super bright daylight visible red LEDs and are about 15” Height x 21” Width (Total from 2 boards). The LEDs spell out “Slow Down”. We have no data but the set of 2 boards is being sold as is since atleast one or both of the boards have bullet holes in them.
