EEVblog #748 – How Do Transistors Work?

Dave Jones of the EEVblog has a great ‘Fundamentals Friday’ video that explains how transistors work at a physical level.  Dave digs in to bipolar junction (BJT) and field effect (FET) transistors to show how their materials and construction can control the flow of electrons inside the transistor.  This is a great video to watch if you’ve ever wondered how a transistor works!
