Lifehacker UK has a great write-up of how to build a Raspberry Pi jukebox using a PiTFT. The Raspberry Pi is perfect as a tiny computer to stream music around your home and this project is a nice modern refresh of similar jukebox projects. The project walks you through step-by-step how to connect the hardware, install the software, and setup the mpd music player daemon with a great Python interface on the PiTFT. Listen to your favorite tunes from any room in the house with this great project!
Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
