The Walking Cube

The WALKING Cube is an erratic structure, a simple cube brought to life by a series of mechanical agitations.

When animated, it becomes a basic shape turned animal. Performing with tweaks and tweaks, it grows and it shrinks, it folds and kinks.

  1. We used a raspberry pi for the control system with an adafruit pi cobbler to transfer the GPIO to necessary circuitry. The team at 1024 architecture thanks adafruit for their great products and tutorials
