Tested made quite the showing when it came to costumes at Comic-Con. Besides Adam Savage’s ensembles (like this Judge Dredd costume), they also created a wearable rancor costume based on the creature seen in Return of the Jedi. Effects artist Frank Ippolito came up with the design for the rancor costume and built it from scratch in less than a month. It’s mostly made from foam, and as you can see in the above video, it’s surprisingly flexible.
