Beetlejuice Adam and Barbara Maitland Costumes

beetlejuice cosplay 1

Adam and Barbara Maitland are just your average couple who want a happy, peaceful life–as ghosts. The characters in Beetlejuice do all they can to try to chase the Deetz family out of the home that once belonged to them. They fail, but hey, they had cool costumes. Imgur user clericivagi and his fiancee dressed up like the duo, and they look scary enough that I’d gladly vacate my home in order to avoid them. They sculpted the creepy masks themselves, but if you wanted to go an easier route, you could acquire similar outfits and buy the masks — Rubies makes them.

Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
