One of Shyvana’s many skins in League of Legends makes her look like a dragon. Actually, she has three different dragon skins because why not? She is half dragon so it’s a natural transformation. Cosplayer ThatLex, also known as Jessy Janko, crafted one of the dragon/wyvern looks for a recent convention. Wearing the cosplay practically means sort of using the wings as a second pair of wings. As you can see from the below photo, it looks like the base of each wing is a cane and ThatLex used expanding foam to create the general shape of the wings.
