Volpin Props’ Transistor Sword Replica Operation

A five foot long, 15 pound sword isn’t the kind of prop you deliver without instructions. Harrison Krix of Volpin Props made a replica of the massive sword from Transistor — the sword is also called Transistor — for Supergiant Games for the most recent PAX. Adafruit sponsored the build, and Krix used NeoPixels, an Arduino, and other electronics to bring the sword to life with lights and sounds. Krix goes through operation of the prop replica in the above video, and you can see everything in action.
