We’re Celebrating our Adafruit Team this #LaborDay – Ian from the Receiving Department

IMG 2104

Ian works on the receiving team here at Adafruit – they make sure all of the boxes of components, products, and other packages are delivered to the right places in our warehouse. Here’s what he has to say about working for Adafruit:

My favorite thing about working at Adafruit is that we figure everything out ourselves. If we have a problem with anything or want to improve anything we try to do it ourselves. It’s a DIY attitude that keeps me on my toes and always make me feel like I’m contributing in a real way. That an idea I had could be part of the working of Adafruit years from now feels good.

Make a robot friend with Adafruit’s CRICKIT – A Creative Robotics & Interactive Construction Kit. It’s an add-on to our popular Circuit Playground Express, FEATHER and other platforms to make and program robots with CircuitPython, MakeCode, and Arduino. Start controlling motors, servos, solenoids. You also get signal pins, capacitive touch sensors, a NeoPixel driver and amplified speaker output. It complements & extends your boards so you can still use all the goodies on the microcontroller, now you have a robotics playground as well.
