London-based Baharash Architecture was recently hired to build a luxury residence in the middle of the desert in the United Arab Emirates’ Liwa region. The firm intends to create a home that is both extremely comfortable and completely energy self-sufficient. The roughly 6,080-square-foot dwelling will be divided into five sections housing a living room, two bedrooms, and a central gathering space in the middle.
