Halloween is just over a month away. Chances are you’ve already started to plan your costume or costumes for the occasion, but if you haven’t, you still have time. If you want to go with an option that’s not quite as labor intensive, you can plan to wear your normal wardrobe and pair it with some out there makeup. Hot Topic has partnered up with cosplayer and designer Traci Hines to develop some video tutorials to help you transform. Hines has shared instructions on how to apply broken doll, skull face, and Poison Ivy makeup so far. These looks would obviously complement a full costume but for at least a couple of them, they’ll make a statement even if you wear a t-shirt and jeans with them.
